A: With prices starting at just £5 per week, we offer cost
effective ways to help you keep the things you simply cannot part with. Simply Storage have a variety of different sized units at
different prices. Tell us want you want to store and we'll let
you know the size unit you'll need and the price.
Q: How do I rent a unit?
A: Simply pop in and our staff will help you complete the
simple Storage Agreement.
Q: Do I have to book a unit first?
A: No, as long as we have a suitable unit available, you
can move your belongings in straight away. However, we recommend
you give us a call first so that we can reserve a specific size unit
for you.
Q: How long can I store for?
A: You can stay as long as you like, there's no minimum
store period.
Q; What can I store?
A: Almost anything - furniture, books, clothes, personal
effects, appliances, files, office equipment, documents, excess
stock etc. However, please note that we cannot accept inflammable,
perishable or illegal goods.
Q: What's included in the price?
A: Everything - rates, electricity, security etc.
All you need is a padlock and packing materials.
Q: Will my belongings be safe and secure?
A: We offer a totally secure environment to store your
valued possessions in an environment that is always clean
and dry. As you're the only key holder, you can be sure everything
is safe and under the watchful eye of video surveillance and CCTV.
Q: When can I access my stored items?
A: Having extensive opening hours seven days a week, means
that you can access your stored items easily.
Q: What do I pack my goods in?
A: Don't worry if you haven't got any storage containers.
Simply Storage have boxes in various sizes, bubble wrap, tape,
dispensers, padlocks and everything else that you may need. Please
enquire at our reception.
Q: Can you help arrange removals?
A: Yes, we have a removal company who works with us and
will be happy to come round to give you a quotation.
Q: Do I need to give you any advance notice when I want to
move all my goods out?
A: No, all we ask is that when you decide to vacate your
unit you confirm the move-out date with us at reception. We can
then terminate your agreement and return your deposit.
